ABOUT ANH ARTISAN
ANH Artisan is a woodworking business dedicated to creating handcrafted furniture and household objects using traditional hand tools. Our passion for woodworking has led us to offer beginner and intermediate hand tool woodworking courses, where enthusiasts can learn the art of woodworking. We take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring that each piece tells a story of dedication and artistry.
With over 15 years of experience as a woodworker, designer and maker, ANH Artisan is a woodworkers based in the heart of Weardale in County Durham.

As furniture makers we have worked with private clients up and down the country creating unique bespoke pieces of furniture.
We have also exhibited work as part of design exhibitions in the BALTIC centre for contemporary, the Shipley Art Gallery in Gateshead and the Bowes muesum.
​
We work primarily with hand tools which makes every piece we make unique. We are passionate about woodworking which is what inspired us to offer beginners hand tool woodworking courses to keep hand tool woodworking alive and relevant.
