Finding something that fits your home and lifestyle is difficult because every home is unique so you have to compromise on size, style or design.
We know how frustrating it is when the perfect piece of furniture is either too big, or too small or not quite right. When you are investing in a piece of furniture for your home you shouldn’t have to compromise, when you commission a piece from me you are buying over 15 years of furniture making experience ensuring you get exactly what you want with the confidence it has been made to last.
To get started fill out our contact form with a brief description of what you want, from this I will get in touch to discuss what you need over the phone or you can visit the workshop to share ideas. From there I can produce designs and a quote. If it is what you are looking for and you want to make your dream piece of furniture a reality, you simply need to pay a 40% deposit, with the balance payable on delivery.

1. Tell me what you want
SImply fill out contact form below and let me know what you have in mind, from bespoke cabinets or hand made dining tables to memory boxes or rocking chairs. Give me a brief idea about size or style so I can generate some initial ideas and start our conversation.
2. Book your free consultation
I offer a free no obligation consultation to discuss in more detail hat you want at which we can go through intial designs or ideas we have and look at timber samples and get some measurements. This can be done in person either at the ANH Artisan studios in Frosterley, Co Durham or at your home or business, or if you prefer I can email you designs and quotes for discussion.
3. Making
The best bit! Once you are happy with designs and materials we can proceed wtih your commission. I require a 40% deposit to book in your commission (to cover material costs etc). As I work on the piece there is always an opportunity for you to visit the workshop to see the work in progress - as I also offer woodworking courses, if you are interested in being a part of the making process yourself, we can add a day or half day woodworking course as part of your quote where you can have a go at making part of your new piece of furniture.
